1 Introduction

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Age Verification Process
lv18 is for people aged 21 and above only. You will need to declare your age at the time of registration, and we may request age verification at any time through a government-issued ID, national identity card, or passport. Providing false information will result in the account being suspended or closed, and any balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds will not be refunded. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is a serious violation.
3 Account Registration and Management
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect information may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed. If your information changes, contact us as soon as possible.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
lv18 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from lost or stolen login credentials, unless it is proven to have been caused by a fault in our systems.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
lv18 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:
- National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following methods can be used to deposit at lv18: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification is complete.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
- lv18 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in the case of unusual activity.
4.3 Ownership of Funds
All funds deposited into your account must be your own. Using lv18 for money laundering or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited, and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at lv18 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 will give a ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳24,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- There may be a set time limit for meeting wagering requirements.
- Some games may not contribute fully to wagering calculations.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- It is possible to withdraw the deposit before the wagering requirements are met, but in that case the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
lv18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. An account must be active and fully verified to be eligible for bonus benefits. Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household or device.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues
lv18 will not be responsible for any issues arising from internet disconnection or technical problems on your end. However, if an issue occurs due to our server, we will investigate and take appropriate action.
6.4 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows bets on various cricket, football, and other sporting events. Various cricket markets are available, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Our decisions regarding bet acceptance and settlement are final. lv18 reserves the right to review and cancel bets placed due to broadcast delays or data errors.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on lv18:
- Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
- Collusion or playing in coordination with other players
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain a gaming advantage
- Chargebacks or payment fraud
- Money laundering or transfer of illegal funds
- Conducting transactions using third-party accounts
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to breach the platform's security measures
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

11 Limitation of Liability

- Loss resulting from your own disclosure of information or improper use of your account
- Issues caused by third-party software or tools

- Betting decisions made on the basis of incorrect information
In the event of any dispute, lv18's system logs and records will be considered the final evidence. Our total liability will not exceed the balance currently held in your account.
12 Changes and Updates
